About us
The Direct Company is the trading name of BHF Direct Limited, the central buying and invoicing subsidiary company of BHF-BSSA Group. We operate for the benefit of the more than 7,500 members of BHF-BSSA Group by using the combined power to negotiate improved buying terms, deals, discounts, rebates and reduced minimum carriage paid order values with a wide range of major suppliers, manufacturers and distributors.
Together, The Direct Company, its members and suppliers are a strong and highly effective influence on buying decisions and processes; that means profitable deals for members and a defined target market for suppliers.
Retail members can order straight from any of our ‘Direct-promoted Suppliers’, eliminating the need for individual accounts. As a service from your non-profit trade organisation BHF-BSSA Group, only The Direct Company and BHF-BSSA Group running costs are retained, all other monies are returned to the members via enhanced terms.
The Direct Company works closely with suppliers and retail members to ensure that we achieve the best possible results for all parties involved - the retailer, the supplier and BHF-BSSA Group.
